Your information is confidential and will only be shared in limited circumstances:
- Clinical supervision. As a Therapeutic Coach and EFT Practitioner, it is an ethical requirement to be in ongoing clinical supervision to maintain my own and my client’s safety and wellbeing. During these sessions, client cases may be discussed with strict anonymity.
- Authorities if there is risk of serious harm, safeguarding concerns, or if required by law (e.g., terrorism, serious crime, or a court order)
- With your explicit consent, if sharing with another professional (e.g., GP, specialist)
I do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.
7. Data Retention
- Email correspondence is generally retained for up to 2 years unless needed longer for legal or safeguarding reasons.
- Session notes, consultation forms, and related information are stored securely for 7 years from your last contact, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
- After this time, records are securely destroyed (shredded or permanently deleted).

I take appropriate measures to protect your data, including:
- Storing electronic records on password-protected devices or encrypted storage
- Keeping paper notes in locked storage
- Restricting access to your data to only myself (and supervisor in anonymised form)
