Hi, I’m Luciana.
I’m a Therapeutic Coach® and accredited EFT practitioner supporting adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck or disconnected from themselves — often while appearing capable and high-functioning on the outside.
My work offers a space that is warm, steady and deeply respectful of your pace and experiences — helping you understand your inner world and develop new ways of relating to yourself and your life.

My Approach
I believe that our patterns make sense in context and that we all have the resources we need within us.
Rather than asking “What’s wrong with you?”, we explore:
- What your experiences have taught you
- How your coping strategies developed
- What your emotional responses are trying to communicate
My work is trauma-informed, compassionate and practical. While insight is important, meaningful change also comes from learning new ways of responding — internally and relationally.
Some clients find it helpful to understand their experiences through a nervous-system lens, particularly when overwhelm or shutdown has been present for a long time. This is one of several ways we may make sense of your experience — always in service of your wider goals.

My professional work is grounded in ongoing learning, ethical practice and deep respect for the complexity of human experience.
Thanks to my own experiences of ME/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, and autism, I have experienced being both client and practitioner in a many therapeutic environments. As such, I have well-rounded knowledge and considerable empathy and understanding when it comes to dealing with life’s various challenges and neurodivergence.
Having spent 5 years studying philosophy and psychology and a further 2 years in training as a therapist and life-coach, I have in-depth learning of the biological and psychological elements at play in our mental and physical wellbeing. I continue to undertake additional trainings to develop and enhance my skill set.
Alongside my own private practice, I also work with the Therapeutic Coaching® training course, mentoring and assessing students completing their training.
