I’m Luciana — a Therapeutic Coach and accredited EFT practitioner.

I work with thoughtful, sensitive adults who often carry far more than others realise.

My approach is compassionate, insightful and grounded — offering trauma-informed support for adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted. I combine relational therapeutic work with practical coaching tools to help you move from survival into greater self-trust, stability, and lasting change.

My work blends therapeutic depth with coaching clarity. Together we explore what’s happening beneath your experiences — emotional patterns, learned coping strategies, relational dynamics and, at times, nervous system responses — so you can understand yourself with more compassion and respond differently.

Sessions are collaborative, relational and grounded in real life. There is space for complexity, uncertainty and a lot of learning — as well as practical tools that support change beyond the therapy room.
